Christian Bergeron

Christian Bergeron is a French-Canadian artist who was born in Clermont, Québec, and has been painting for over 45 years. Known for his landscape paintings and birch tree scenes, he cultivates a distinct and dynamic style using only palette knives as his tools. In the last 15 years, Christian Bergeron has designed his own signature style using a technique called prismatic palette.

This style combines different contrasting perspectives in composition between the kaleidoscopic effects of colours blending into one another, and the sharp contrast of Québec houses. It is this aesthetic that viewers love as it creates an intriguing scene for the architectural components within the colourful landscape.
